Do you know what? We were just thinking that very same thing, about hi-jacking one of those took-tooks and continuing our crazy mad tour on that. We've seen loads with bicycles strapped to the back of locals not wishing to go up hills! The natives have evolved well over here... :-)

Dude, you have no idea how sore my arse is at the mo. Luckily, it's for the reasons of a saddle, which is quite clearly evident given the exact match to that of the red-raw outline my behind exhibits! But thanks for the advise ;-)

Well,at least you are smiling (some of the time)

Here's the deal,

Swop one of those took-tooks for whatever it takes, (Jen?.... only joking!), load your bikes on it, get across the desert (if they can run around Bangkok they'll get you across the desert)and then ship it back to UK. When you get back we'll start a taxi service in Lymington from the Yacht Haven to the town centre. Then you'll really know what bad roads are..........

Bye the way, both of you are so good at reciting your adventures that I am talking to a publisher friend who wants to serialise your diary in "The Sun" (he says they are looking for something to replace the pictures with on page three).

A sailor friend of mine once commented that Vasaline worked well on your behind if it was getting a pounding...
